Terms and Conditions

Lovely Container (called here the ADVERTISER) makes these containers available to you under a promotion Agreement with the company “USA Containers” (called here the SELLER), based in 1361 N Old Lincoln Hwy Grantsville UT 84029. The Seller has containers across the United States and deliver 20’ and 40’ used and new containers to all 48 contiguous states, providing lifetime support and assistance to ALL customers.

Advertiser performs services such as, but not limited to:
– Marketing and advertising for Seller’ shipping containers and services
– Interact with potential customers and refer them to buy shipping containers and services from the Seller.

In consideration for the services to be performed by Advertiser, The Seller agrees to pay Advertiser a commission.

Advertiser is an independent contractor, and neither Advertiser nor Advertiser’s employees or contract personnel are, or shall be deemed, Seller’ employees. Advertiser does not have authority to enter into contracts on Seller’ behalf, as their Agreement does not create a partnership relationship.

Shipping containers are stored in various location across the country and they are delivered to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

CONTAINER COLORS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Upon receipt of payment, your anticipated delivery date will be within 15 business days (however, the average time frame is better). You will be contacted by the Seller via email by the Logistics Department to coordinate the delivery details prior to delivery.
– Please allow 4 business days after payment is received to get a delivery date.
– No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.

– DELIVERIES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19 SITUATION.

Potential buyer agrees that before making the payment he is responsible to read other further details about delivery, warranty and other issues on the Seller website: https://usacontainers.co/tc/

Payments are not made to the Advertiser’s account, but to the Seller’s account, all transactions are done safely online or over the phone, or sent by mail if we’re talking about the paper check and all are backed up by banks and credit card companies, on both sides, Buyer and Seller.
