We use gooseneck tilt bed trailers for our units and most of them are hauled by pickup trucks. It’s lighter and more maneuverable.
11-12 ft when flat and 14-16 ft height when tilted.
Always we require to be flat leveled ground, clear around and above, no jackknifing or tight turns.
For 20ft long units:
• If it’s a 20ft trailer we can try to do 60-80ft length, if it’s a 40ft trailer we need at least 80-100ft length
• 10-12 ft width
• 14-16ft height clearance when tilting the bed
• 11-13ft height when flat
For 40ft long units
• 40ft long container will always be coming on a 40ft trailer, so we need at least 100-120ft length
• 10-12 ft width
• 14-16ft height clearance when tilting the bed
• 11-13ft height when flat
Every time someone picks up a container they are loaded by the lift operator or someone at the yard.
The unit can be set on the ground, just make sure it’s leveled so it doesn’t sit crooked, because it will be hard to open and close the doors. You can also slide underneath while unloading any wooden beams, 4×4, 8×8, railroad ties. You can also set them on a gravel, tarmac or cement pad and then lift them up on beams or cinder blocks. It’s up to you.
Our Rent To Own program does not require a credit check process. It’s basically just a verification of your income and you will need to provide some proof that you have the financial capacity to pay the monthly installments. If you follow all instructions in the application, you will have an approval within 24-48 hours.
Some of our containers have CSC plate some don’t but the WWT units are not sea worthy, they cannot ship them overseas. We have some areas that we can get sea worthy with certificate but it will be with an extra cost.
All transactions are done safely online or over the phone, or sent by mail if we’re talking about the paper check and all are backed up by banks and credit card companies, on both sides, buyer and seller. We don’t do Cash or Checks On Delivery because our drivers are contracted and they cannot take money on our behalf.
Below is a complete list of payment options you can choose from:
1. Credit / Debit Cards (American Express, VISA, Discover, Master Card) – keep in mind that for this option, the system will automatically add 3% extra on top of whatever the price is.
2. Zelle
3. Check – mail the check to our company
4. Bank Transfer: Wire, ACH, Direct Deposit
5. E-Check
We will not hide the truth from you, every used container will have varying levels of visible surface rust, dings and dents with plenty of life left in them. If having rust on your container or the cosmetics of it is a concern, you might consider purchasing a new container instead, but rust on a used container will not generally be a problem if the container is properly maintained and managed. However our units are inspected to make sure they are up to standards. We offer 18 months leak free warranty and 6 years frame warranty. We don’t sell damaged or salvage units, and we would never have less than WWT (Wind and Water Tight). We can send you some random pics, if this helps.
A color can be requested, although it is not guaranteed, as the containers are usually taken first off stack.
Our containers come in batches, they get inspected and then stacked. When we have an order placed in the area, we get the box ready and when the driver goes in, he will do another inspection when picking up and then he goes for delivery.
Our units are wind and water tight, no leaks or holes, and we do offer 18 months leak free warranty and 6 year frame warranty.
If you really need the container to be a certain color, you could consider the idea of painting the unit, given the very good price we currently offer. Just a suggestion.
Our policy provides 15 business days for delivery, but our average is 2 weeks. However, sometimes we can move faster. Please contact us if you are interested in speeding up the process.
